院情简介
上海市城市规划设计研究院（简称“上规院”）成立于1957年，是国内成立最早、技术力量最为完善的甲级城乡规划、土地规划和工程咨询单位之一。建院六十余年来，上规院作为市委市政府的重要智库和市规划资源局的重要技术支撑，秉承“精心规划，惠泽千秋”的理念，站在城市学科和规划事业发展的前沿，充分投入到城市化建设发展的伟大实践，将“博学、求真、创新、笃实”的精神寓于为全社会发展提供一流的服务过程中，不断创新规划理念，提升设计水平，力争打造成国内领先、国际一流的综合性规划研究、咨询、设计机构。
Established in 1957, the Shanghai Urban Planning & Design Research Institute (SUPDRI) is one of China’s earliest and most technically advanced Class A institutions, specializing in urban and rural planning, land use planning, and engineering consulting. Over more than 60 years, the SUPDRI has served as a key think tank for the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, as well as a major technical support unit for the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources. Upholding the philosophy of “meticulous planning for the benefit of future generations” and embracing the values of “erudition, truth-seeking, innovation, and integrity”, SUPDRI has remained at the forefront of urban disciplines and planning practice. Fully engaged in the great undertaking of urbanization, the institute continually innovates planning concepts and improves the quality of urban design, striving to become a leading comprehensive planning, research, consulting, and design institution both nationally and internationally.
近年来，上规院按照“人民城市人民建、人民城市为人民”重要理念和生态文明思想的总体要求，深入贯彻上海市委市政府全面深化“五个中心”建设、加快建设具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市的总体部署，在上海市规划和自然资源局的领导下，服务支撑长三角一体化发展、浦东新区引领区建设、中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区建设等国家重大战略，承担了“上海2035”总体规划、五个新城规划等重大任务，聚焦总体规划与区域研究、详细规划与城市设计、风貌保护与城市更新、国土资源与乡村规划、综合交通、市政与城市安全、信息化建设等重点业务板块，形成了一批在业界有广泛影响的优秀规划成果。上规院荣获国家和上海市科技进步奖、国家和上海市优秀城乡规划设计奖等省部级奖项八百余项。
In recent years, guided by the principle that “cities should be built by the people and for the people” and the overarching vision of advancing ecological conservation, the SUPDRI has fully implemented the strategic directives of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government to deepen the development of the “five centers” and accelerate the city’s transformation into a modern socialist international metropolis with global influence. Under the leadership of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, the SUPDRI has supported a number of major national strategies, including the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, the development of Pudong New Area into a pioneer area for socialist modernization, and the development of the Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. It has also taken on critical projects such as the “Shanghai 2035” Master Plan and the planning of five new towns. Focusing on key areas including master planning and regional research, detailed planning and urban design, landscape protection and urban regeneration, territorial resources and rural planning, integrated transportation systems, municipal infrastructure and urban safety, and digital infrastructure, the SUPDRI has delivered a wide array of acclaimed planning achievements with significant industry influence. The institute has received over 800 provincial- and ministerial-level honors, including the National and Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Awards, and the National and Shanghai Awards for Excellence in Urban and Rural Planning and Design.
市规划院始终坚持党对规划工作的领导，切实发挥党建引领作用，努力打造卓越队伍、服务卓越城市、追求卓越发展，实现了基层党支部建设、职工综合素质、单位文明形象与规划中心工作同步提升，蝉联“全国文明单位”、“上海市文明单位”，数十个团队、百余人次先后荣获全国和上海市“工人先锋号”、上海市五一劳动奖状、上海市“青年文明号”、上海市“巾帼文明岗”、上海市重大工程立功竞赛先进单位等荣誉称号。
The SUPDRI has consistently upheld the Party’s leadership in its planning work, fully leveraging the guiding role of Party building. It is committed to cultivating a high-caliber workforce, supporting the development of an excellent global city, and striving for perfection in its own growth. The institute has achieved coordinated progress in strengthening grassroots Party branches, enhancing staff competencies, improving institutional image, and advancing core planning initiatives. It has been repeatedly recognized as a “National Role Model Organization” and “Shanghai Role Model Organization”. Dozens of teams and over 100 individuals have received prestigious honors, including the National and Shanghai “Workers’ Pioneer” titles, the Shanghai May 1st Labor Medal, the Shanghai “Youth Model Organization”, the Shanghai “Women’s Model Post”, and the “Advanced Organization in Major Project Meritorious Competitions” in Shanghai.
